Processing Time Processing times vary by product. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Our current processing times are:

Glassine Bags: 5-7 business days
Ephemera Folios: 5-7 businessdays
Deluxe Ephemera Folios: 1-2 weeks
Ornaments: 1-2 weeks
Stationery: 1-2 weeks

Processing Time vs. Shipping & Delivery Time Please note that processing time and shipping/delivery time are separate. Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it ships and this varies by product, so please check the current times above. Shipping/delivery time begins once your order has left our studio and a tracking number has been issued. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 for the Continental US. Orders over $100 ship free. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected.

Digital Downloads Digital products are delivered electronically via email or a download link immediately after payment is confirmed. No shipping applies to digital orders.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We may ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
